Alert: DEFRA plans suck bum

See below – an email from a friend of mine (a scrumpy drinking
Devon-lad) currently working out in Papua New Guinea. Even if you don’t
enjoy a nice pint of cider, new plans from DEFRA are somewhat worrying.
Specifically, he is talking about this:

destruction of thousands of acres of ancient orchards due them not being
profitable under new “farm payment” plans.

Funniest yet…

Team Laser Explosion… Weebl did it again!

Revolutions? Pah.

What the hell was the Matrix Revolutions all about? I just watched 2 and 3 on DVD and I was really quite disappinted. Reloaded was OK, way too commercial and wanky for my liking (that love scene and the dancing), but still, not a bad film, but Revolutions – had so many loose ends and unfinished storylines, not to mention ending completely abruptly with no obvious conclusion (apart from the predictable Neo beats Smith thing).

Seriously, I expect the Sqeakysqueaky Brothers (or whatever they’re called) literally got to a point where they themselves were both so fudging confused that they had no idea what was going on or how to get out of it and just thought sod it, ended the movie, collected their paycheque and legged it before the angry lynch mobs of people came after them. Either that or they were committed to mental institutes after cataclysmic brain malfunctions.
