Why men SHOULD be allowed to stare at other women

You know what “they” say that loves come along when you’re not looking for it? I reckon this explains the high rate of divorce.

Think about it… you fall in love and get married. When you’re married, you’re not allowed to look at new women. You stop looking. So then new love comes along. People get divorced and so on.

So if women realised that men looking at other women was actually helpful (I mean, how are we supposed to tell you how pretty you are if we can’t compare you to others…) – by looking at other women we’re actually limiting the chance of us splitting up!

Simple!

I have been surrounded by men who look at other women, married or not…Being in two long term relationships where the men did it alot in the beginning, they’re excuse was that it was a habit…from being single before me. Now, I know I’m easy on the eyes and have had many men chasing me so I am not ugly by any means….but one thing I found in myself was a new sense of rebellion when I saw it happening. If my man stared at other cute women I began to stop harping on him about it and do quite the opposite…I slowly became disenchanted with them and some feelings actually lessened and eventually I was the one wanting out…and wandering with my eyes…….come time that I tried to expalin my lack of feelings left they couldn’t understand and were devastated! Anyone on here with the same experience? or are going though it right now?

Hmm, OK, I’m going to take a wild stab at this one and suggest that the people signing in here are American. Reason? Anyone else would see the chronic levels of irony and sarcasm in EVERYTHING I write and not take any of it seriously.

    Come on people! Geeeeeeeeeez.

Some men who are married still look at other women, likewise women. I think that if a man looks at another woman to “compare” his wife/girlfriend then what’s he trying to say – that his wife/girlfriend is not good enough? Perhaps he’s not satisfied? If your not ready for a relationship, then why have it?

    Dear Simple,
Once you start comparing you Wife or girlfriend to other women it’s the start of the end of your relationship. Your Wife or girlfriend is going to start comparing you to other men. In turn, she will find that there is someone out there less Superficial and shallow and a lot more interesting men to be with and dump you.
