the overview
Pixar cartoony films are well known, and in most formats, absolutely amazing. The likes of Bugs Life, Toy Story 1 & 2 and so on are institutions. This, the latest instalment, takes it all, and creates a full-on feature length film, for the first time animating people. With superb results.
the plot:
The superheroes are forced to lie low after one too many lawsuits. But when one evil dude decides to bring the superheroes back, it's up to Mr. Incredible, his wife Elastigirl and their two children, and their respective super powers to save the universe.
the verdict:
This is a thorougly enjoyable film, and should not be missed at any cost. The animation is slick, the plot is infallible, the effects stunning and the sound track deafening. There are no faults with this whatsoever, and short of Monsters Inc, this is supoib. Watch it now. DO not sit there and think, well OK, maybe... just do it. Watch it. Watch it now. WATCH IT.
Go on. Ya will. Ya will ya will ya will ya will ya will... Go on. (And don't bother renting it, just buy it right out).
