I like extreme stuff, surfing, climbing, whatever. Extreme films tend to be shocking, though, and this is no exception.
the plot:
Blah blah, climbers go up a hill, get in trouble, climbers brother has to go rescue, all goes wrong bu OK in the end.
the verdict:
This is simply atrocious. The plot is flimsy at best, and is nothing short of a crap remake of a crap film - Cliffhanger. At least Cliffhanger got spoofed in Ace Ventura 2. There are so many things wrong with this film that it would take me forever to list them.
It has all the makings of a bad plot lineup - the cheesy hero, the cheesy hero's sister, the old guy who has seen it all, the rich billionaire and the two zany wackos.
It's barely even worth me saying much more. It's predictable wanky bullshit, that is saved only by some good scenes and a moderately fit bird. Other than that, it's got nothing else, plus some godawful CGI to boot.
Do not watch this film.
